Key Aspects of role for CTO - IT Director - Head of Technology
- Extensive experience as CTO, IT Director, Head of Technology, Head of Information Systems, Technology Lead, or similar, in a hands-on capacity with technical capability
- Leading service providers - Leading, managing & collaborating with range of specialist service providers to provide BAU/infrastructure services; high-level reporting; data analytics; security & controls
- Technical capability - Willingness & capability to lead, direct, collaborate & challenge vital specialist service providers
- Reporting & data analytics - Experience of providing high-level reporting, dashboards & data analytics in regulated financial environment, together with actuarial analysis & trends
- Acumen - Commercial, tactical, technical & strategic awareness, with ability to engage & build strong, effective relationships
- Hands-on - Understands & welcomes expectation & challenge that come with working in SME company & small close-knit team, where without exception, everyone pulls together, rolls-up sleeves with all hands on pump.
- Soft skills - Versatility, adaptability, engagement, collaboration, effective communication skills, delivery-focused
