Start your job searchThis is a COO search for a well recognized venture capital firm. This will be their first hire after closing their second fund that has taken their AUM to over 300m. Thus this poses a fantastic opportunity to join a growing investment business, at senior management level, at an exciting stage of its development.
Only on their second fund they already boast several succesful investments making them one of the most reputable new firms in London. The firm invests in tech and typically cuts cheques between £250,000 and £1,500,000
The role is at senior management level. This means that you will be a member of both the Senior Management Committee and Investment Committee. Although a small business in head-count, this role is not for the faint hearted as it is incredibly broad and all encompassing. You will be expected to get involved with all transactions from a legal, finance, tax and structuring perspective as well be responsible for finance, investor relations, third party relationships and operations.
It will be up to you to decide on all processes and procedures and down to you to maintain organization and management of the platform to enable the Investment Partners to work efficiently and effectively.
