Start your job searchMarks Sattin Executive Search is seeking an entrepreneurial Chief Operational Officer to join a successful International Multisite Hospitality Business based in London, and execute an ambitious growth strategy.
The COO will take responsibility for all operational aspects of the business, including product development, marketing, sales, revenue management, and ensuring targets are achieved.
Focusing on opening new sites across Europe and maximising market share in the sector, key real estate investment opportunities will be highlighted for expansion and growth.
The maintenance and development of customer loyalty will be maximised by ensuring the highest standards across the business.
This high-quality service is to reach new consumers through a growth and marketing strategy that champions the premium experience and culture of the business.
This is a great opportunity for an established COO, or a CFO looking to make a step up into the COO role, to lead the operations of a fast-growing international multi-site business.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Have previous experience of working in an International hospitality business.
- Experience of working autonomously as a COO or CFO, and comfortable reporting at a board and investor level.
- An awareness of the European market, ideally gained through operational management in the hospitality sector.
