A global Investment Manager is currently looking for a Controls Assurance Manager, based in Central London.

Key responsibilities:

1) Implementing and maintaining a robust control framework across the business globally To embed risk and control; ownership in the first line of defence. To improve the quality of the control environment and provide assurance over controls to senior management.
2Managing the Financial Reporting Control Framework (FRCF) submission to Group to support the US listing compliance (Sarbanes Oxley). Involves delivery of the FRCF risk assessment, process and control design adequacy, operational effectiveness testing and monitoring and reporting of control deficiencies.
3) Delivering the SOC1 (Service Organisation Control type 1 - former SAS70) reporting requirements

Desired experience:

- Qualfied ACA/ACCA
- SOx Knowledge
- Asset manager experience
- Strong stakeholder management experience
