Client Relationship - Officer

A well know International Bank providing financial services to the Irish and UK market seek an experienced Client relationship officer to join their growing team based in Dublin or in one of their offices in the Leinster Region.

This is a significant opportunity for a candidate looking to further their client facing experience within Fund Management and Fund Administration. This role will work closely with a number of Managing Directors supporting this client facing team. Duties will include:

• Coordinating teams to manage client on-boarding in a smooth manor with minimal delays or disruption ensuring the client experience is positive
• Meeting with clients during the on-boarding and annual review process via Video conferencing as well as face to face
• Supporting on-boarding activities - Compliance, Due Diligence, SLA design, KPI negotiation, business integration, Action report management,
• Report coordination - requesting information from relevant account teams and delivering a collaborative report to Account Managers and supporting delivery of same
• Managing "unstructured queries" to completion

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in a financial services environment
• Client Facing exposure
• Strong understanding of Fund structures and Financial Services
• Excellent attitude
• Strong stakeholder engagement experience
• Organisational and Coordination experience is an absolute must
