Business Analyst - Loan IQ
A leading consultancy are seeking to bring in several technical Business Analysts to work on a project with a Financial Services end client. Given the nature of the project, Loan IQ experience is an essential criteria and candidates will require a technical background. The end client has offices all over the UK, and candidates will be expected to be in one of those 2 days per week.
Description:
- Supervising, coordinating, and assisting developers in their day-to-day tasks as appropriate, resolving issues or escalating in a timely manner
* Assisting developers in technical investigation of existing systems to understand current state and requirements
* Performing code reviews to ensure implemented functionality matches expectations and is in line with coding standards defined globally
* Playing an active role in mentoring/coaching/training and development of team members
* Managing strategic initiative programs and regulatory/business required projects
* Establishing and leading the team governance model
* Providing the weekly project status reports to senior management - Significant Experience in software development
* Experience in team management
* Knowledge of Finastra application Loan IQ
* Working knowledge of Java, Shell scripting, relational databases (Oracle, SQL server etc.) - Knowledge of investment banking products and market
* Significant knowledge of software development using agile methodologies
* Good interactive and rapport building skills; ability to influence and command respect through actions
* Commitment to meet project timelines
