A rapidly growing infrastructure investment manager based in central London has engaged us to help with the search for a fully qualified ACA with M&A and/or Tax experience to join a specialist team that provides advisory services to the internal fund finance and investment teams.

The firm invest across a number of asset classes including renewable energy, healthcare, regulated utilities, education and social housing and have raised multiple billions in equities since inception.

Liaising closely with the investment team and external advisors, in this role you will review financial and tax due diligence, review financial models including cash flows / financial projections to support transactions and investigating optimisation and restructuring opportunities. You will also have the opportunity to attend relevant advisor meetings and industry conferences.

You must be;

  • Fully qualified ACA or CFA with 4+ years PQE
  • Strong M&A and/or Tax experience
  • Good knowledge of funds and their structures (ideally infrastructure assets)
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation experience

Salary on offer is up to £95k + excellent benefits and carry
