Client Case Studies in Reading
When a requirement for a financial reporting position at Aldermore arose, we met with the Financial Reporting Manager to define the role and team dynamics. Knowing other agencies would have already tapped into standard job boards, we utilised our own network and conducted a targeted headhunt via LinkedIn.
After meeting all candidates to ensure they were aligned with the role, we followed a "quality over quantity" approach and submitted just three CVs. All three candidates were invited for interviews, with one identified as the front-runner. Following a second interview with the Director, the candidate was offered the role.
By focusing on quality candidates through a strategic network approach, we successfully filled the position.
A Financial Director from leading UK property services group, Leaders Romans, contacted us at 6:30pm on a Tuesday evening, urgently requiring an interim Financial Controller with expertise in systems integrations. By Wednesday morning at 11:44am, we had sent two carefully selected profiles to the client. Interviews were promptly arranged for the following Thursday, and one of the candidates was offered the role shortly after.
The successful candidate started the following Monday, demonstrating our ability to respond quickly and effectively to urgent requirements.
