Partnered with a boutique consulting firm who is looking add a Business Analyst due to continued growth of the firm.
This is a newly created BA role with a specialized firm who act as strategic partner to the government and broader public sector.
In this role you will get the chance to work alongside a team of strategy experts as they help shape the public sector for current & future generations - supporting key leaders in these organizations with the tools they need to make key decisions.
A day in the life..
- Collaborate with colleagues to support business requirement gathering on client issues ie Target Operating Model Design, Strategic planning, Change Management initiatives.
- Elevate the project execution standard across the firm, ensuring that client projects use a consistent approach, methodology and templates to foster consistency & continuity in approach.
- Support colleagues in defining & documenting clear outcome metrics with their clients & advising/monitoring that approach throughout project lifecycle.
- Provide recommendations/conduct research on IT solutions best suited for the customer.
- Collaborate with your peers in drafting tenders and building proposals for the business.
What you will need to qualify for this role:
- 3rd level degree in Business/Business Analytics/Project Management or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a business analyst/project manager
- Proven experience working in the public sector
- Experience liaising with senior leaders on best practices for project management and budgeting of engagements.
- People person with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- PMP/Prince 2/Agile Working accreditations advantageous
